The rumored Monster Book of Monsters gift with purchase set has been found at a LEGOLAND Discovery Center in China!
This is set number 30628 and will apparently be free with purchases of around $100 or more sometime in November. A minifigure of Draco Malfoy is included, and an AFOL who got the set posted pictures and a video of the play feature: as you move the book along the floor, it chomps open and closed!
This is a really cool free set, although it's a bit of an odd choice. It's also quite large for a GWP, and I wish LEGO released this set and the microscale Diagon Alley in 2018 closer to the release of the actual Harry Potter sets, since people like me prefer to buy the sets as soon as they come out.
